Hoppy Easter

Easter Sunday was not my best day. I wasn't feel'in quite right. Getting those top teeth really takes it out of me! I was grumpy, had a fever and all I wanted to do was snuggle... Sooo unlike me! So the celebration had to wait for another day.

Why do adults think it's sooo cute to do this to babies!

My Mimi Visit!

My Mimi came to visit me last week! I love it when my family comes and visits... because I get all kinds of extra attention!!! Mimi took me to the park and to Jack's Grocery Store lots! I think she loved to show me off :) We played and laughed and had a good Ole' time... to bad she had to go back to California :(

I really like to help out in the kitchen now... but I'm thinking this will be torture in 10 plus years!

I have to spin the bowls around 10 times before placing them in the washer :)

Double Digits Baby!!!

That's right... double digits... 10  months old!!! The last month has been a big month for me. A couple days after my 9th monthaversary I took off crawling. My mommy was in the kitchen and she had left me in my daddy's mancave, next thing she knew I was behind her... I had crawled over to see what she was up too! The next day after I started crawling I decided it was time for me to be able to pull myself up all the way. I love to stand... you can see everything so different when you aren't at ground level :)  My new favorite activity is to get down to all my music toys... my daddy calls it my Elvis dance! I also am skilled at bopping my head to the music... my Grandpa Rich calls this move the Watoosee! :) I can also stand for alittle all by myself.  Mommy and daddy say I'm sooo much fun right now... and I have to admit, I'm having lots of fun too! Oh... one last thing... the day of my 10th monthaversary I busted through a top tooth... it hurt like crazy... but I'm happy for more teeth to chop on those yummy foods :) This next month I hope to figure out more of this standing and walking thing. Learn some new words and keep repeating the ones I hear and to figure out how to get Jake the Dog to like me... Wish me luck :)

9 month/Spring/Easter Pics

Mommy and Daddy took me to get my 9 month photos taken today! It's getting to be pretty springy outside so I got to wear a pretty spring/Easter dress. The photographer kept saying that I was sooo cute and good that she could just take pictures of me ALLLL Day!!! :)

Then this is what happens when I fall... I cry :(  But then I'll get back up and try it all over again! :)

Crawling

9 Monthaversary!!

I love the park!

This Wednesday I celebrated my 9 monthaversary! Only three more months till my big 1 Year Old bash... I already hear my mommy and daddy talking about all the fun we will have! I had my 9 month check up yesterday and let me tell you my doctor can talk... I just wish he would look me in the eye when he is examing me. :)  Mommy and daddy had a bet on how much I weighed. An over-under bet of 22 1/2 pounds, well.... I weighed 22 lbs and 9 ozs... that means mommy techniquely was the winner, but I heard her say that was close and should be a tie! I am also 28 inches tall. I'm still in my same percentiles of 90th for weight and 75th for height... Doc Simony says I'm "Perfect"... but he always says that! :) During my visit they talked about what to feed me now that I think I'm too big for baby food. I can now have some eggs and they are going to start giving me some REAL milk! We'll see if I like it or not :) I'm still working on my crawling...I"m almost there. I can sit myself back up from laying down and pull myself up sometimes to standing. I love playing with my toys and always entertaining people. This next month I'd like to complete this crawling process and get on to scooting and walking... sound like a good plan?? :)
